Returns Policy

No materials produced to customers own specifications will be accepted for return.

We are very confident you will be happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be glad to refund or exchange a product, provided it is either faulty or in a fully resalable condition and unused.

Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and packaged within the original, undamaged packaging. We also require that you inform us of any intent to return an item by contacting us prior to returning any goods. We will then assess the return and upon approval will issue you with an RMA number which you must quote on all paperwork reference to the return.

Once authorised, products must be received by our Returns Department within 7 days, we will be unable to accept any returns after this 7 day window.

We would process your request for a refund; however we reserve the right to make a charge for both delivery (£50) and collection (£50). A total of £100.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been installed, fitted or used in any way.

To return a product, please follow the steps below.

Obtain an RMA Number

Please contact us either via e-mail or telephone, our contact details can be found on our contact page. You need to state the product you are returning, the order number under which the product was purchased and the reason for return. Once we receive your request, we may take up to 2 days to process your request, after which we will inform you of your RMA number. We require that products are returned to us by 7 days from the date of authorisation.

Return the Item

You are responsible for organising the return of unwanted items at your own expense, we will not be held liable for products damaged in transmit when the return courier is arranged by yourself.

At our discretion, we may arrange for collection of the item and the cost of the collection will be deducted from your refund.

Products sent back without an RMA number will be rejected, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with having the product sent back to you.

Exchanges

Once the product has been received by ourselves, we will perform an inspection to assess the condition of the item. We will then issue an exchange based on the following conditions:

  • Products found to be defective will be exchange for another item of the same price, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Products returned due to being unwanted, and in a new and unused condition, sealed in their original box including all packaging and accessories as initially sold, will be exchanged for another item of the same price, less a res-stocking fee of 20%
  • Products received in an unsalable condition, or with accessories or packaging missing will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Refunds

Once the product has been received by ourselves, we will perform an inspection to assess the condition of the item. We will then issue a refund based on the following conditions:

  • Products found to be defective will be refunded the full purchase price.
  • Products returned due to being unwanted, and in a new and unused condition, sealed in their original box including all packaging and accessories as initially sold, will be refunded the full amount, less an £100 charge for both delivery and collection.
  • Products received in an unsalable condition, or with accessories or packaging missing will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Please allow 30 days for any refunds to be processed, from the date of return acceptance.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations is not affected.
